White-hat? Grey-hat? Sure, some strategies presented here I wouldn't consider entirely white-hat. But does that make them "bad"? The only techniques here I would consider more towards the grey-hat side of the spectrum are purchasing links, and building multiple sites to help with targeting phrases. Purchasing links is here to stay. As long as search engines use links to help determine importance, they will be purchased. So the idea becomes doing right and under-the-radar. It's the same for building or buying other websites. If you can't stomach a little link buying, maybe SEO isn't for you. I'm not saying it's the only way, after all linkbait is a great way to build links that's accepted by Google, but it works.

If you're looking for an SEO company for a specific industry, use the guide to the right.
